The Franklin Regional Transit Authority (FRTA) is working diligently to continue to provide a vital service to the area by meeting the growing transportation needs of Franklin County. During this time of uncertainty as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, normal service has been temporarily interrupted but our dedication to providing you with safe and reliable transit service is unending. This is a critical time for transportation agencies, and we are taking this time to plan for the future as we update our Comprehensive Regional Transit Plant.  

For this 5-year plan update, we are seeking input from the public on our current services and how they meet your needs.  This survey is mobile-friendly, anonymous and is available in both English and Spanish. We want to ensure that everyone who wants to complete the survey and provide us with comments and feedback can do so.  

Every effort we can make to engage with the public during this pandemic will continue to develop connections and contribute to the growth and efficiency of FRTA services.
