In accordance with the formal public participation program tied to the Pioneer Valley Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO), the Pioneer Valley Planning Commission (PVPC) in coordination with Pioneer Valley Transit Authority (PVTA) is holding a (21) day public review for the Proposed Amendments to the FFY 2018 TIP, Draft 2019-20232 TIP, and the draft 2019 UPWP.  These documents will be available for comment starting on April 27, 2018 and ending on May 18, 2018.  Please visit http://www.pvpc.org/publicreview for additional information.

This process will also be used as the Pioneer Valley Transit Authority’s (PVTA) public participation process. The Pioneer Valley Transit Authority, the FTA Section 5307(c) applicant, has consulted with the Pioneer Valley  Metropolitan Planning Organization and concurs that the public involvement process adopted by the Pioneer Valley MPO for development of the TIP satisfies the public hearing requirements that pertain to the development of the Program of Projects (POP) for the regular Section 5307, Urbanized Area Formula Program, grant applications including the provisions for public notice and the time established for public review and comment.

De acuerdo con el programa formal de participación pública vinculado a Pioneer Valley Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO), Pioneer Valley Planning Commission (PVPC) en coordinación con Pioneer Valley Transit Authority (PVTA) está llevando a cabo una revisión pública de (21) días para el propuesto Las enmiendas al TIP FFY 2018, el borrador del TIP 2019-20232 y el borrador del UPWP 2019. Este proceso también se utilizará como el proceso de participación pública de Pioneer Valley Transit Authority (PVTA).
