The FRA is committed to an open and transparent public involvement process for NEC FUTURE. To date, the FRA has held over 35 public meetings and hearings and over 250 meetings with agencies, public officials, and railroad operators. The FRA continues to coordinate with stakeholders and provide briefings to interested organizations.
 

Tier 1 Final EIS Public Meetings

The FRA will hold public meetings to provide information on the Preferred Alternative described in the NEC FUTURE Tier 1 Final Environmental Impact Statement (EIS). Two open houses and two virtual meetings (webinars) are scheduled as follows:
