Please join us for the next virtual meeting of the Western Massachusetts Historical Commission Coalition and the Central Massachusetts Historical Commission Coalition, scheduled for Thursday, March 18, at 10 a.m.  The topic will be an introduction to the new updates of the Massachusetts Historical Commission (MHC) Massachusetts Cultural Resource Information System (MACRIS) Maps, presented by Annemarie Gundel, GIS Data Manager for MHC.  MACRIS Maps allows users to search the MHC MACRIS database by location for information on file for cultural resources throughout the Commonwealth.  As a local historical commissioner member, local or regional planner, preservationist or cultural resource manager, or interested citizen, this session will explain how best to utilize MACRIS Maps. 

This meeting will be co-sponsored by PVPC, FRCOG, BRPC, MRPC, CMRPC, Preservation Massachusetts, and the Massachusetts Historical Commission.
