Presenters include: Chris Skelly, Director of Local Government Programs, Massachusetts Historical Commission, who will provide a statewide general overview of Minimum Maintenance Bylaws and Ordinances; Kara Cunha, Attorney General's Office, who will discuss the Abandoned Housing Initiative; and Damian Cote, Holyoke Building Commissioner, who will talk about Holyoke's blighted and vacant buildings and the city's Problem Properties Group.
