The Joint Transportation Committee (JTC) Transportation Improvement Program (TIP) sub-committee meets each spring for the purpose of reviewing all Transportation Evaluation Criteria (TEC) forms.  These forms are used to rank all MassDOT approved projects for placement in the TIP.  Click here for additional information on the TIP process.
