Agawam
Overview
Agawam, located along the Connecticut River, combines suburban living with rich historical roots. PVPC collaborated with the town to develop a Housing Production Plan, addressing the need for affordable housing. This plan supported the development of Rosewood Way, a 62-unit mixed-income housing project, marking the first affordable housing initiative in Agawam in decades.
