PVPC is working with the Town of Southwick to undertake a comprehensive update of its Zoning Bylaw and Zoning Map, aligning local regulations with the goals of the recently adopted Master Plan and current state requirements. Building on the recently presented diagnostic review of the existing bylaw, the project includes the development of updated language and structure, and close collaboration with the Planning Board, municipal staff, and the public. The outcome will be a more accessible and enforceable zoning framework that supports balanced growth, housing production, and environmental sustainability.
