The “Municipal Climate Resilience Playbook” (“the Playbook”) was designed to support towns and cities growing roles in climate resilience planning and recommended implementation actions.

The Playbook provides a framework for actions and step-by-step guidance to help advance planning efforts;  detailing how projects can consider existing and historical inequities, such as racial discrimination, and co-lead with community members most impacted to reduce those inequities; and offering guidance on tailoring or implementing climate efforts across the Commonwealth.
