Granby Zoning Bylaw and Map Update

Overview

PVPC is assisting the Town of Granby with a phased update of its Zoning Bylaw and Zoning Map to improve clarity, consistency, and alignment with evolving land use needs. This effort includes a full review of current zoning provisions, identification of outdated or conflicting sections, and coordination with town officials to develop targeted amendments. The project also includes zoning map review and GIS coordination to ensure accuracy in district boundaries. The updated bylaw and map will support more predictable permitting, housing opportunities, and rural character preservation.

This project is supported in part by a grant from the MA Executive Office of Energy and Environmental Affairs.
