Easthampton Comprehensive Plan – Creating a Framework

PVPC is working with the Easthampton Planning Department to lay the groundwork for an upcoming Comprehensive Plan update. This project involves compiling and synthesizing key elements from the city’s recently adopted plans—such as the Housing Production Plan, Open Space and Recreation Plan, and Climate Action Plan—into a single reference document. The resulting summary will help identify policy priorities and serve as a foundation for future planning efforts, including identifying funding opportunities and guiding the scope of the Comprehensive Plan.
