About Us
The Pioneer Valley Planning Commission is the state-designated regional planning agency for the Pioneer Valley in Western Massachusetts. Established in 1962 under Massachusetts enabling legislation, PVPC serves a district of 43 cities and towns with a combined population of over 625,000 residents.
Our Brand
The PVPC logo features a distinctive “P” shape that suggests a water droplet, speech bubble, or map pin – symbols of connection, communication, and place. Radiating lines within the logo represent the broad and lasting impact of PVPC’s work across the region. Brand guidelines ensure consistent, professional representation in all communications.
