Community & Economic Development

What We Do

The Pioneer Valley Planning Commission (PVPC) works with its 43 member cities and towns to advance economic growth and community development across the region. We collaborate with municipalities, businesses, and local organizations to support job creation, housing initiatives, downtown revitalization, and infrastructure improvements. PVPC offers essential services including grant writing, project management, and long-term planning to help communities secure funding and achieve their goals. By aligning local priorities with technical expertise and resources, PVPC strengthens regional economies and enhances quality of life throughout the Pioneer Valley.
