Under PVPC’s current policy, each community is eligible to receive up to two free Automatic Traffic Recorder (ATR) installations per calendar year. Communities will be charged for additional ATRs to defray PVPC’s operating expenses. Request must be signed off on by the Chief Elected Official before being considered.
