Request for Proposals - Pioneer Valley Planning Commission
The Pioneer Valley Planning Commission (PVPC) is seeking consulting services to assist in the development of a Greater Springfield Traffic and Wayfinding Analysis to start October 1, 2026. It is expected that services will be needed through June 30, 2027.

The RFP will be available from the time of this notice until the due date specified below. The PVPC reserves the right to reject any and all proposals if it is deemed in its best interests to do so. The PVPC will be the awarding and contracting authority.
Completed proposals are to be submitted to the PVPC no later than 2:00 PM, September 16, 2026.
