The Pioneer Valley Planning Commission (PVPC) is seeking Housing Rehabilitation Specialist consulting services to assist in implementation of multiple municipal housing rehabilitation programs being managed by the PVPC. Services are needed on or about October 15, 2025. It is expected that services will be needed for approximately 25 units of housing and other related technical or support as may be required.
Completed proposals are to be submitted to the PVPC no later than 2:00 PM, Tuesday, September 23, 2025.

The RFP will be available from the time of this notice until the specified due date. The PVPC reserves the right to reject any and all proposals if it is deemed in its best interests to do so. The PVPC will be the awarding and contracting authority.
