The Quaboag Hills region encompasses 18 towns in Hampden, Hampshire and Worcester Counties. This area is the focus of several initiatives of Healthy Quaboag which is an initiative funded through grants facilitated by the Town of Ware.

Overview
The Quaboag Hills Community Health Improvement Plan (QH CHIP) is coordinated through the staff at Healthy Quaboag with a grant from the Community Health and Healthy Aging Fund. PVPC staff have served as consultants in the development of the QH CHIP and coordinates with Healthy Quaboag around strategies and communities that are also in the PVPC region.
