Smart Growth Visualization

While it may be easy to talk about smart growth, it can certainly be more difficult to think about and visualize what these concepts would look like on the ground. As another way to discuss smart growth initiatives, we are providing a series of "Smart Growth" visualizations for you to share with interested community members.

This toolbox provides two difference types of visualizations. First, we developed visualizations using Sketch Up software and hand renderings for three different development scenarios: Commercial Village, Mixed Use Development, and Traditional Neighborhood Village. Second, this toolbox provides a series of handout that show representation of "good and bad" development scenarios for specific architectural details and development details.
