PVPC Announces New Staff Additions
Jayne M. Bernhard of Northampton recently joined the Pioneer Valley Planning Commission as a Housing and Economic Development Planner. She holds a Master of Regional Planning degree from the University of Massachusetts. Bernhard previously worked as a Planning Assistant for the City of Joliet, Illinois, focusing on historic preservation initiatives, zoning assistance, and research support for the City’s Quality of Life Plan.
Anthony M. Dover of Northampton recently joined the Pioneer Valley Planning Commission as a Sustainable Development Planner. He holds a Master’s Degree in City Planning from San Diego State University. Dover previously worked as a Project Manager for a San Diego, California-based mapping firm and has 17 years of business, management, and cartography experience.
Erica Johnson of Westfield recently joined the Pioneer Valley Planning Commission as a Community Development Planner. She holds a Master’s Degree in Regional Planning from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst. Johnson previously worked with the Massachusetts Fair Housing Center, providing education and legal advocacy services.
