The RTP for the Pioneer Valley outlines the direction of transportation planning and improvements for the region through the year 2020. The RTP provides the basis for the TIP as well as state and federal funding for regional transportation planning and projects. While focusing on transportation, the RTP is a comprehensive planning document that incorporates regional economic development and land use considerations.
